Wherever possible, yes. We source a wide variety of ingredients globally and try to find vendors who can comply with organic requirements.

Your order, except where noted, will be processed in 3 business days and shipped First Class Package via the USPS. Shipping times may vary based on the processing times at the USPS.

Please contact us as soon as possible at tea@violetmoontea.com and we may be able to edit your shipping address. Please include your order# and shipping information in the email. We cannot guarantee we will be able to correct the shipping address if it is inputted incorrectly during ordering but if the error is caught quickly enough, we may be able to fix the issue before your order is shipped.

Teas in our main line will be restocked regularly unless a blend is discontinued. Teas in our seasonal lines will be limited edition and only available until they sell out. If a seasonal blend is popular enough, it may come back again.

Look for an icon on the tea's description page which will note if the tea is decaffeinated. If you aren't sure what our icons mean, scroll down a little further to find our icon legend.

Please look for details in the tea description about any specific ingredients which may cause issues. You will also find warnings on each individual blend's page that will note if a tea blend includes a known allergen. All of our teas are processed in a facility that processes bee pollen and nuts.

Look for an icon on the tea's description page which will note if the tea is good iced. Our teas are generally not made for cold brewing so please follow the brewing instructions in the tea description or on our Tips & Recipes page.

Most of our teas will have a long shelf life but you will still want to drink your loose leaf teas within 12 months of opening the package. Our teas contain fresh, quality ingredients whose natural oils and essences will degrade given time. To enjoy the best flavors possible from your tea, consume within a year from first opening.

Keep it in the container, sealed when not in use, in a cool dry place in your pantry or cupboard.

Some of our tea blends are already lightly sweetened and should be avoided if you are on a keto diet. Teas sweetened with monk fruit or stevia leaf will be safe for low calories diets. Any of our blends that are not pre-sweetened will be keto and diet safe.

Tea has long been known to have a wide range of health benefits. We do our best to list the benefits linked to the ingredients in each blend on each blend's page. Please note that these statements have not been validated by the FDA or any government agency and we can make no claims that tea will cure your ailments or improve your health overall. That said, we encourage our customers to do their own research as there are many scientifc studies about many of the ingredients we use.
